Petersham Nurseries selects and imports this special panettone from Italy.  It is made with natural yeast which has been cultivated by the same family for generations since 1932.  The panettone takes three days to rise which allows the dough to be incredibly light and easily digestible.  There is a precise process of selection from high quality ingredients:

Fresh eggs, Wheat flour, Butter, Sultana raisins and scented zests of candied citrus which all come together to create this delicate sweet panettone.
