Pricing

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, the price you paid will not change.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure our prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover that a product has been incorrectly priced, we will contact you before dispatch to explain the error and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, any payment received will be refunded in full.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or card provider may apply exchange rates or additional charges. Petersham Nurseries is not responsible for these charges.

Placing an Order

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming we have received it. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Product Quality

We take great care in selecting the products we offer and aim to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible and we will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

For seasonal products such as plants, bulbs and seeds, availability may occasionally change. Where this affects your order, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives or arrange a refund.

Offers & Promotions

From time to time we may run promotions, discounts or seasonal sales.

Unless otherwise stated:

·         all offers are subject to availability

·         delivery charges are excluded

·         offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount codes

·         promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period

·         discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate.

As many of our products are handmade or natural, colours, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly. Measurements provided are approximate.

Whilst we endeavour to display colours accurately, variations between screens and devices mean colours may appear slightly different in person.

Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative options or arrange a full refund.

Items marked as "Currently Unavailable" cannot be purchased at that time.

Alcohol

By purchasing alcohol through our website you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe this requirement has not been met.

By using our website you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We may update or modify our website from time to time and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You are responsible for ensuring any login details or passwords associated with your account remain confidential.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photography, graphics, logos and product information, belongs to Petersham Nurseries or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to this, Petersham Nurseries shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order will apply to your purchase.
