Gypsophila like a well-drained soil in a sunny position. Perfect for beds and borders in cottage, wild and informal garden settings. Ideal for bouquets and floral arrangements, they are a must-have in a cutting garden. Water throughout the growing season when the soil becomes dry to the touch. Applying an all-purpose fertiliser during active growth will improve overall performance. In harsh winters, protect with a thick covering of mulch.
