Description
Dating back to the 17th century, Villa Marcello is a 50 hectares estate run by Alessandra and Andriana Marcello. All the wines produced here are the amazing combination of passion, through selection of grapes and vinification methods balanced between tradition and modern technique.
Aged four months on the lees during the first fermentation. Made via the charmat method where second fermentation takes place in pressured tank to preserve the freshness of the fruits. Aromas of apple, stone fruit and white flowers. Light and round on the palate with a refreshing acidity.
