A one-of-a-kind ceramic plate, created by Jacqueline Leighton Boyce especially for Petersham Nurseries.
Delicate white anemones rise on slender, expressive stems, accompanied by smaller russet-brown flowers and a beautifully illustrated orange butterfly. The softly brushed cream background contrasts with a bold, undulating border in deep charcoal and muted yellow, giving the composition a distinctive sense of rhythm and movement.
Combining delicate botanical observation with playful decorative detail, this individual piece captures the character and spontaneity of Jacqueline's painterly style.
