Pandoro Classico Bonifanti with Indian Ribbon
Petersham Nurseries selects and imports this special pandoro from Italy. It is made with natural yeast which has been cultivated by the same family for generations since 1932. The pandoro takes three days to rise which allows the dough to be incredibly light and easily digestible. There is a precise process of selection from high quality ingredients:
Fresh eggs, Wheat flour, Butter which all come together to create this delicate sweet pandoro.
Cover with the sugar (in pouch included) before serving.
